Scope: This Refund and Chargeback Policy applies to all purchases made on AeroRust, including Aerocoin (the in-game currency) and any digital goods or services. By making a purchase or using AeroRust services, you agree to the terms below. This policy is designed to comply with the requirements of our payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal) and our e-commerce platform (WooCommerce). Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
All Sales Final – No Refunds
All purchases of Aerocoin and other AeroRust digital items are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchase:
- No Refunds or Exchanges: Once a purchase is completed and Aerocoin or any other digital good is delivered to your account, the sale is final. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, failure to use the purchased item, or change of mind.
- Strict Enforcement: This policy applies to all purchases made on AeroRust and is strictly enforced. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is a direct violation of this policy and will result in serious consequences:
- Permanent Ban for Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback or dispute a payment, your AeroRust account will be permanently banned from our servers.
- Forfeiture of Previous Purchases: A chargeback will result in the immediate loss of all Aerocoin and digital goods associated with your account. No refunds or credits will be given for any previous purchases.
- Dispute Resolution: We reserve the right to contest any chargeback by providing proof of your transaction and your agreement to this policy to the payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Avoiding Disputes: If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact AeroRust support at aerorustserver@gmail.com before attempting a chargeback.
In-Game Rules, Violations, and Bans
Using AeroRust servers and services requires compliance with our in-game rules. Violating these rules may result in temporary or permanent bans:
- Temporary Bans: If your account is temporarily banned for a rule violation, you will be unable to access your AeroRust account, Aerocoin, or any purchased items until the ban is lifted. No extensions or reimbursements will be provided for lost time.
- Permanent Bans for Violations: Serious or repeated rule violations will result in a permanent ban, meaning you will lose all access to your account, including any Aerocoin, purchased items, or progress. No refunds or credits will be issued for lost Aerocoin due to a permanent ban.
- No Compensation for Bans: If you are banned for any reason, you will not receive any form of compensation, refund, or reimbursement for your Aerocoin or digital goods.
Ban Decisions and Appeals
All ban and suspension decisions are made at the sole discretion of AeroRust staff:
- Staff Discretion: AeroRust staff have full authority to determine whether a player has violated our rules and the appropriate punishment (warning, temporary ban, or permanent ban).
- No Guaranteed Appeal Timeframe: If you believe a ban is unjustified, you may submit an appeal via email (aerorustserver@gmail.com). However, AeroRust is under no obligation to respond within a specific timeframe or overturn any ban.
- Finality of Decisions: All ban and appeal decisions are final. AeroRust reserves the right to deny appeals for any reason without justification.
Limitation of Liability
AeroRust is not responsible for any losses related to your purchases or use of our services. By purchasing Aerocoin or using our servers, you agree to the following:
- Unauthorized Purchases: You are responsible for all activity on your account. AeroRust is not liable for unauthorized purchases, including those made by third parties (friends, family, hackers, etc.). No refunds will be provided for unauthorized transactions.
- Lost or Stolen Accounts: AeroRust is not responsible for accounts that are lost, stolen, hacked, or otherwise compromised. No Aerocoin, items, or account access will be restored in such cases.
- Server Wipes and Resets: AeroRust servers undergo routine wipes, resets, and other maintenance that may result in loss of progress, digital items, or Aerocoin spent in-game. These are normal game mechanics, and no refunds or reimbursements will be provided for such losses.
- Technical Issues and Data Loss: If AeroRust servers experience crashes, bugs, rollbacks, or other technical failures that result in lost progress or items, AeroRust is not responsible for any losses and will not provide refunds or replacements.
- No Other Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to your use of AeroRust is limited to the amount you paid for the specific purchase in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of AeroRust.
Changes to These Terms
AeroRust reserves the right to modify this Refund & Chargeback Policy at any time:
- Notice of Changes: If changes are made, they will be posted on our website and/or notified via email. The “Effective Date” at the top will be updated accordingly.
- Continued Use Equals Acceptance: Any changes take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use AeroRust services or making purchases after a policy update, you accept the revised terms.
Customer Acknowledgment and Agreement
Before completing a purchase on AeroRust, customers must acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Chargeback Policy.
